Portsmouth vs Manchester City prediction
Pompey is hosting Manchester City at Fratton Park this Saturday. Pompey is in a desparate state not to lose further points although they have the home advantage.
The struggling Barclays Premier League club lost 3-2 to Liverpool last Saturday after conceding two late goals, and the Fratton Park board have opted to remove Adams and first-team coach John Metgod. The club's director of youth operations, former Nottingham Forest manager Paul Hart, has been installed as caretaker-manager.
Manchester City has signed Craig Bellamy in January tranfer window. His 51st-minute strike proved enough to guarantee Manchester City three Barclays Premier League points against Middlesbrough at Eastlands last weekend.
Manchester City's current form appears to be better than Pompey. They have gotten 13 points from the last 6 matches while Pompey only managed to gt one point out of the same number of matches.
Home (6 matches) Away (6 matche)
Manchester City - 4 wins, 2 losses 3 draws, 3 losses
Pompey - 1 win, 1 draw, 4 losses 3 drwas, 3 losses
Manchester City seems not able to score at away games.
I will predict this match score at 1-1 draw.
